  • HOW ARE THE SHIRTS PRINTED?

    while i originally hand screen printed every shirt myself, i now use a print-on-demand system to keep up with demand and keep the shop running. all current shirts are professionally DTG printed on high quality blanks. i’m hoping to return to hand-printed runs in the future as i build out my own print setup here in mexico.

  • I never recieved a confirmation email

    My system automatically sends a confirmation email to the email you entered when you place your order. Please double check that you entered your email correctly before submitting your order! I suggest also checking your junk mail before losing all hope.

    If you still can’t find the email, please send me an email with your first and last name and I can manually look up your order number to answer any questions you might have.

  • my order shipped but it never arrived?!

    Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the carrier, and unfortunately I don’t have access to information beyond what is available via your tracking number.

    First you should check your shipping address to make sure it was correctly inputted at checkout. If that looks correct and your order is marked as delivered, it’s possible it was delivered to a neighbor or left on a delivery truck by accident - please contact your neighbors and/or mail person to check!

  • do you do exchanges?

    At this time because I’m such a tiny business, I cannot offer exchanges. I’ve done it a couple times and it’s stressful to keep track of things when it starts getting complicated.

  • MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT!
